Sal De Riso's Giffoni and Chocolate Truffles are artisanal treats made with Giffoni PGI hazelnuts , dark and milk chocolate, crafted according to tradition for an intense and enveloping flavor. Soft, fragrant, and packed with high-quality ingredients, they are a typical specialty of the Amalfi Coast.

Ingredients:
Giffoni PGI hazelnut (36%), sugar, egg white, dark chocolate (10%) (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), milk chocolate (7%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), water, cocoa powder, Bourbon and Tahiti vanilla pods.
Product obtained exclusively from Giffoni PGI hazelnuts.
